About Waterloo Place

Situated in the heart of East Anglia near the Norfolk / Suffolk border, Waterloo Place is a large holiday home offering up to ten bedrooms that can sleep twenty guests.

As a Farmhouse guest you have exclusive use of our fantastic attached Indoor Heated Pool, Steam Room and an outside Sauna. Enjoy the enclosed courtyard with charcoal BBQ and a further large garden area. Pass the evening inside with a game of pool or playing table tennis in the heated pool room. Here, you will truly find something for everyone young or old.

Downstairs there is a large living room with a fireplace and a slate bed pool table. The fully equipped kitchen / dining room has a large dining table able to seat around sixteen people. There is also a snug with a TV. You can also directly access the indoor swimming pool.

Upstairs we have seven bedrooms on two levels and two bathrooms. Six of the bedrooms have double / king beds and one twin room with two single beds. Three of these bedrooms are en-suite two of which also have showers.

Additional accommodation for the larger parties of up to twenty guests is provided by the two bedroom Pool House and single bedroom Retreat. 

Outside we have an enclosed courtyard with suspended lights, BBQ and outdoor furniture and seating.

There is excellent fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the property and ample on site parking for guests cars.
